process

The process starts with a conversation.  Let's talk about what you're looking for, what's been working for you, and what has not.   Let's talk about how you like to ride and where.  Next we work on fit.  It's great when folks can visit me at the workshop and I can work with them directly.  If that doesn't work for you, you may want to work with your local fitting professional to help you find a good fit.   Next I will create a design for you based on your body dimensions, your fitting needs, your cycling goals, and the equipment you'd like to use on your new bike.  After the design gets approved I will order tubes and fittings for your bike.  If you are getting a complete bike I'll get your parts here as well.

The tubes are cut, mitered, cleaned, prepped, tacked, aligned, welded, aligned, sent to powdercoat, and the final frame prep is done when the frame returns.  I will have your parts here by the time the frame returns so I can professionally assemble the complete bike.

Now it's time to ride and smile!

When your spot in the cue comes up, it's time for fabrication.
